Its lightweight, insulated masonry components are made from pure Icelandic pumice extracted from Iceland’s Mt. Hekla volcano. The pumice material resists rusting and warping over time, and allows the fireplace to heat up quickly, draft more efficiently, and withstand extreme temperatures. It also prevents heat from transferring from one side to the other for a more flexible installation process and minimal clearance requirements.

The Maximus Linear fireplace features an easy-to-assemble, modular, B-Vent design that can be safely installed directly underneath a TV, artwork, or mantel. Enjoy a clean, open-front configuration or customize the look with the optional Glass Front Kit, which features a solid glass pane that attaches to the front of the Maximus for extra protection. You can also choose from 12 decorative firebox liners, five fire glass colors, and an optional Driftwood gas log set to build a media bed that matches your home décor.

The Isokern Maximus Linear Fireplace – 72″ is equipped with a remote-controlled electronic ignition system and patented quick-connect Isoflames Linear Burner System. The burner is designed to be as thick as one of the fireplace’s masonry blocks and sits down into the bricks of the fireplace floor, offering a clean, seamless finish. This fireplace requires the X-VENTISO-Meridian Max Linear Fan System. This mechanical draft system ensures consistent airflow and optimal performance for the open-front design. By enhancing draft control, it helps maintain clean combustion, prevent spillage, and support reliable operation across various installation environments. The fan system includes a linear inline fan, smart controller, airflow sensor, and wiring kit. It operates quietly and automatically adjusts based on real-time conditions to maintain a safe and stable flame.

PLEASE NOTE: When installed on a combustible surface, a 20″ non-combustible extension is required.

Both the log set and the chimney fan require a hard-wired 120V connection to operate.

A lintel bar must be installed with Maximum Linear Fireplace models larger than 48 inches. This component is not included with your fireplace and must be purchased separately.
