Being a hybrid grill, the ProFire Built-In Hybrid Gas Grill – 36″ offers greater cooking versatility! You get an infrared burner with the standard stainless steel burner and grids. The advantages of infrared include intense heat for creating better flavor and reducing flare-ups. The infrared burner is 9″ x 14.75″ and offers 32,000 BTUs!
