This double burner configuration produces 15,000 BTUs per burner, and allows for intense, high heat or a low simmer. The burners and burner basin are sealed and easy to clean, and the stainless steel cover protects the burners when not in use. The Lynx Professional Cart-Mount Double Side Burner also uses a hot surface ignition System and control illumination with blue LEDs.
