The electronic multiple spark ignition will allow you to start up the grill quickly, while the dual purpose thermometer will allow you to cook your food at the perfect temperature. The stainless steel smoker tray will allow you to try a different type of grilling and add some flavor to your favorite dishes.
Being a hybrid grill, the ProFire Cart-Mount Hybrid Gas Grill – 27″ offers greater cooking versatility. You get an infrared burner with the standard stainless steel burner and grids. The advantages of infrared include intense heat for creating better flavor and reducing flare-ups. The infrared burner is 9″ x 14.75″ and offers 32,000 BTUs!
