VOLT® 0.5W Turtle Safe Red LED MR11 (15w HalogenReplacement)
VOLT® LED bulbs are designed to match the form factor andillumination of the incandescent bulbs they replace. We havecreated these to counteract the effects of light pollution nearbeaches causing turtles to come inland where oftentimes theyperish. Instead; with turtle safe lights, the turtles will safelyreturn to the ocean where they belong.
These lamps are instant-on. They are within the requirednanometer range of 615-630 to protect the sea turtles for whichthey are designed. This wavelength of light provides adequatelighting for humans while remaining virtually invisible to theturtles. Each lamp has an estimated life of 40,000 Hrs.

- IMPORTANT *** All VOLT® LED fixtures and retrofit bulbs mustbe used with magnetic transformers such as our VOLT® transformers(they are not compatible with electronic transformers). They mustbe used with AC (they are not compatible with DC voltage). Failureto comply with any of these factors will destroy the fixture orlamp and void the warranty.
