The Broilmaster C3 Ceramic Glass Infrared Panel allows you to sear steak, fish, chicken and chops with your charcoal grill. This panel installs beneath the cooking grid and works best when the heat is high.
You can keep this panel installed at all times. When the heat is lower the panel deflects directheat and vaporizes drippings that creates moisture and flavor for your foods.
