This pizza oven includes a stainless steel cart that offers working space, double doors and drawers for storage. The overall dimension of the unit is 53.875″ W x 27.875″ D x 60″ and can run on propane or natural gas.
This pizza oven has a stainless steel exterior with a specially formulated concrete refractory interior dome and cooking surface. The cooking surface pulls forward for easy access to food and the door is removable.
The control knobs are backed by blue LED lights for nighttime use along with the interior light. A 12.25″ x 20″ pizza peel is also included so you will be able to access your pizzas easily.
