Description
This quality Mesh Hanging Fireplace Screen is designed to be installed into almost any fireplace. Made of durable steel, this two panel screen curtain fits a wide range of fireplaces, both large and small. Both screen curtain panels are 24″ wide, and should overlap for the best protection and appearance. When drawn together, and overlapping, your curtains can cover a fireplace up to 46″ wide. The Rod Assembly (sold separately) consists of two 3/16 inch metal rods that are 32 inch long. The rods attach to the side of the fireplace opening and are supported in the middle by a mounting bracket. The total width of the rod assembly can extend to 58 inch.
Sizing: Select the height of the screen that is approximately 1-2 inch less than your fireplace opening. This will compensate for the installation of the rod and will keep the screen from dragging on the ground.
