The ProFire Built-In Hybrid Double Burner Gas Grill – 48″ comes complete with a commercial grade stainless steel construction with 5/16″ stainless steel cooking grids, burners, and flavor plates that heat evenly. The electronic multiple spark ignition will allow you to start up the grill quickly, while the dual purpose thermometer will allow you to cook at the perfect temperature. The stainless steel smoker tray will allow you to try a different type of grilling and add some flavor to your favorite dishes.
Being a hybrid grill, the ProFire Built-In Hybrid Double Burner Gas Grill – 48″ offers greater cooking versatility. You get an infrared burner with the standard stainless steel burner and grids. The advantages of infrared include intense heat for creating better flavor and reducing flare-ups. The infrared burner is 9″ x 14.75″ and offers 32,000 BTUs! This grill has three controlled grilling zones with six 11,000 BTU burners and an attached 30,000 BTU double side burner for side dishes, a pot, or a wok.
