The Campania International glazes are primarily composed of Natural, non-chemical components, resulting in unique color variations for each piece. Because the production process involves hand-making and hand-glazing, any differences in firing, color, size, or crackling should not be considered defects. In the winter, we recommend removing small parts and fountain tops to prevent cracking and elevating bases off the ground to avoid freezing. If possible, store the fountain indoors. If the fountain must remain outside, the best practice is to remove all pumps and small components and cover the fountain to prevent water accumulation and freezing. Regularly check the fountain to ensure the cover is secure and no water collects. Before the first freeze, drain the fountain, dry it thoroughly, and cover it.
